Heart in Bloom, LLC ("Heart in Bloom," "I," or "me") values your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through heartinbloom.com and my booking and client tools, and how I use and protect it.

• Contact information: your name, email, and phone number when you book a call, fill out my contact form, or reach out.

• Client information: if we work together, the details you share in intake forms, agreements, and sessions. This may include personal and health-related information.

• Website data: basic information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics provided by Squarespace.

2. How I Use Your Information

• To schedule and hold sessions, respond to questions, and provide coaching services

• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and invoices

• To improve my website and services

• To send occasional updates, only if you choose to receive them

3. How Your Information Is Stored and Shared
I never sell or rent your information. I use trusted third-party tools to run my practice:

• Squarespace hosts this website and contact form.

• Calendly schedules discovery calls.

• Practice Better securely stores intake forms, agreements, session notes, and payments.

• Google provides calendar and video calls. These providers handle your information only as needed to provide their services. I may also disclose information if required by law, or if there is a risk of serious harm to you or others.

4. Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is kept confidential, as described in my Coaching Agreement. Coaching is not therapy, and my services are not covered by HIPAA. However, I use secure tools and handle your information with great care.

5. Your Choices
You can ask to see, update, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing me. You can also unsubscribe from any emails using the link in the message.

6. Data Security
I take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no online system is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new date.
